By accessing or using our website www.attitude.dance, registering for events, or participating in our programs, you (“you,” “participant,” or “parent/guardian”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Registration

• All participants must complete the registration process, including providing accurate information and completing required forms.

• For minors under 18, a parent/guardian must complete registration and provide consent.

• Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store payment information.

• Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, payments are non-refundable. Credit toward future events may be issued at our discretion in cases of illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Participant Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other participants.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from an event without refund.

• Parents/guardians must ensure participants are picked up and dropped off promptly at designated times.

4. Health & Safety

• By registering, you affirm that the participant is physically able to take part in dance and related activities.

• You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration.

• In case of emergency, you authorize us to seek necessary medical treatment and agree to assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in any event or program, you acknowledge and agree:

• Dance and physical activity carry inherent risks, including risk of injury.

• Attitude Dance Project, its staff, instructors, and venue partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property, except in cases of gross negligence.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

6. Photography & Media Release

• Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and educational purposes.

• By registering, you grant us permission to use images and recordings of participants in marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing before the event.

7. Intellectual Property

• All class materials, choreography, and event content remain the intellectual property of Attitude Dance Project or the respective instructor.

• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share class content without written permission.

8. Cancellations & Changes

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or credit.

9. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to breach security, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

• Content provided on the Site is for informational purposes only and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
